My sister had this bag for TWO WEEKS—she simply leaves her bag in her locker at school and then brings it home, no roughhousing or reason for wear-and-tear, and the zipper broke right off out of NOWHERE. We’ve tried to fix it to no avail. Now she has no school bag. Don’t buy this cheap, defective product.
