It is very durable and easy to use. Love the back!We ordered this bag to replace my wife's old one. We have purchased the same bag for our children. Bag is durable, spacious and when fitted properly makes the load light even when packed with gear that isn't. The original purchase was from Staples, but in the Covid world we went to online purchase of the new one. Shipping was quick and was exactly what we bought before but this time was about 10 dollars cheaper. Highly recommend the seller for any need you may have of a backpack.Used this for my carry on backpack in my trip to Africa. It was perfect. The right amount of pockets. I really liked the charging port on the side. One less reason to dig around in my backpack. It was very comfortable to wear all day. I am a 5’4” woman. The backpack seems very durable and well made.I purchased this backpack to replace the same version I had for 7+ years. The Swiss company appears to have redisigned the bag since my first purchase. I bought the newer style bag locally, but I did not care for the design of the new pockets, so I gave it to my son. I was so happy to find the original style bag on Amazon. I loved the bag so much that I paid double than the cost of the first bag and the newly designed bag purchased locally, but I loved the way the original pockets were designed, so I didn't care about the extra cost. When the bag was delivered, I was a little concerned because it looked like it had been used and returned, or it had been sitting on a shelf for a very long time. I kept it because it appeared functional and I could not find this design anywhere else. I have had the bag less than 90 days and it already has a 2" tear in one of the seams. I use the bag Monday thru Friday, but I do not overload it. I carry my laptop, 2 mobile phones, a couple of notebooks, two sodas and a freezer meal to work everyday. I unload the laptop, the freezer meal, the phones and two sodas when I get to work, and then the bag sits at my desk until I go home. It basically transports these items from the car into the office and then back home again. Once home, it sits on the floor until the next morning. Maybe 10 pounds of weight max. I should not be having the seams coming apart with this type of use. In fact, the original bag (exactly the same as the new one) is simply worn on the bottom after years of use with no rips or tears. I was either sold a used bag, or a very old bag that deteriorated sitting on the shelf for years, or the Swiss quality has gone down hill. I will be buying another bag and brand. I cannot in good conscience recommend this product or the store that sold the product through Amazon. Unfortunately, I threw away the tags with the guarantee, so I am simply eating the cost. For what it is worth, I HARDLY EVER write a review, so this should let you know how I feel. Please beware.This backpack is wonderful and can hold lots for School, I can go to school and have everything in here perfectlyMy son ordered this for this school year. I'm always leery that backpacks look bigger online than in person. But this one is roomy and he feels he can get school stuff and his football workout clothes in this bag for school each day. I've always been a fan of the Swissgear brand because we know it holds up.The backpack is only about a week old, but based on our initial use, it should hold up as expected!Great
