I bought this paddle board because it is inflatable and I needed something that I can fit in my car! The first time I took it out I thought it had a hole where you inflate/ deflate it because after I aired it up you could still hear air seeping out. I took the board out on the water anyway because it wasn’t much air coming out. I was going to return the board but Amazon sent me a message saying to use the tool to try tightening that area. I came home and turned it with the tool and tada! The air stopped. I did not return the board and have used it several times! No problems at all! A bit hard to get it all the way to 15psi so I usually fill it to 10-12psi!Absolutely excellent. This is my 1st board. It’s been a DREAM to use, and I’m glad I went with this brand. The accessories are high quality and coordinate well with the board. I sprung for the electric pump, so I can’t comment on the pump it comes with.Mine had a slight air leak from the valve from day 1. After some googling, I discovered that the repair kit contains a tool to easily tighten the valve if this happens. No problems since! 10/10 recommendThe board is great! Be aware that the first connection takes a lot of effort. I needed to use pliers to get it connected but once that clicked in the pump worked amazing. The dual way valve is nice, cuts down on the pumping immensely. The board is sturdy and well made. All members of the family love it, even the dachshund. Added bonus is the storage bag, easy to deflate and roll up and put in. Great for travel and storage. Highly recommend!I take it to the springs with my husband and we both fit on it just fine. Fast shipping, was everything they said!Pump keeps flying out of the area to inflatate it every time after 2-3 push, before first use we noticed air going out around the valve so in order to be able to use it we had to try to repair, now since bought in march its not refundable, so check carefully your items when you receive them if they are not defective. Assistance told me to return item (at my charge) to see if they can repair but no refundBoard is a solid construction that worked well for only having taken it out once. Easy to balance on. Part of the traction pad came in unglued but an easy fix with flex glue. Will be ordering an electric pump to ease inflating but, even with the manual pump, it only took 10 minutes to inflate. Have already ordered another board for the wife.Used twice. Leaks at the valveCame way earlier than expected and I am very impressed. Everything seems to be made well and the quality seems top notch. Took it out on its maiden voyage and had alot of fun. Possibly even convinced a few people to go with this board instead of some others that they were considering. It is a show stopper with its bold colors! Crew and axel is incredibly fast to respond to any inquiries I have had and seem like they truly value providing good customer service. As soon as I bought it they sent an instructional message about your first time using the board. I have heard some reviews about shoddy pumps but as far as I understand, they all come with new and improved pumps. Also keep in mind that the psi guage on the pump cannot work until the board is actually pressurized meaning that it will feel like it is fully inflated before the gauge starts to read but just keep going! My board came with a small cosmetic defect and I reached out just to be sure that it was only cosmetic. They assured me that it was but offered to do a return anyways if I was bothered by it. This does not warrant losing a star in my rating though! I will attach a pic of the cosmetic defect.Planche de très bonne qualité ,le matériel semble assez épais et bien gonflée, elle est très stable. La pompe est très facile à utiliser, avec la fonction gonflage en tirant et poussant, et gonflage juste en poussant quand ça devient difficile, ça réduit de beaucoup le temps de gonflage qui est de moins de 15 minutes. Le sac de rangement est très utile et bien conçu, avec un compartiment pour le rangement de la pompe et des bretelles pour en faire un sac à dos. La pagaie se monte et démonte facilementLe colis est arrivé par fedex avant le temps prévu. Attention par contre, il y a des frais de douane ( j'habite au Canada) d'environ 37$ .Everything about this board is appealing. It’s color is exquisite (got the pink fushia), the texture, the way it inflated fast, etcMy only issue with it is the pump attachment they sent me didn’t fit at all the board… so had to use another board pump.I contacted the seller and they were really helpful, sending me the right attachment. That’s why I still give it a 5 star as the issue will be fixed.Summer is almost over for me ‘coz I’m going for my 3 weeks trip, but I want to test drive this paddle board in the water in few days. So far so good! No problem with the paddle board, but it doesn’t register how much air I already put. I will have to read the feedback of others and learn from them.
